Professional Referrals: Partnering with Way Up High

As a professional working with families across Waveney, East Suffolk, and Norfolk, you are invited to register with us to request essential support on behalf of your clients. We act as a strategic partner to Social Work teams, Health Visitors, Schools, and Hospitals, providing a dignified and reliable safety net for children in our region.

How to Register
To begin referring families, please email us at wayuphigh.preloved@gmail.com for a brief introduction. Once registered, you will be welcome to use our formal referral process to request the items required.

Our Anonymity Guarantee
To protect the dignity of the families we support, we do not require names or addresses. To fulfil a request, we simply need:

  • The child’s age and gender.

  • Specific clothing and shoe sizes.

  • Any essential equipment requirements (e.g., cots, prams, or highchairs).

  •

Fulfilling Requests
We aim to fulfil all requests as quickly as possible. As our Children’s Bank is powered by the community, we are governed by current stock availability. If a critical item is not in stock, we will launch a public appeal through our social media channels to meet that specific need.

Collection Policy
To ensure the safety and anonymity of the families, all referral packs must be requested and collected by a registered professional. Please note: We cannot accept direct requests
from, or release packs to, members of the general public.
