As a professional working with families in our catchment areas of Waveney and East Suffolk, you are invited to register with us to request support on behalf of your clients. Please email us us on wayuphigh.preloved@gmail.com. After introduction, you will then be welcome to make use of this referral form to request the items required. We do not require the family’s name or address, but we do need to know the child’s age & clothing & shoe size required.

We fulfil requests as quickly as possible but please bear in mind that we are governed by current stock availability. Where an item requested is not in stock, we will appeal to the general public to meet this need.

In all cases, referral packs must be requested & collected by a partnership professional. We cannot accept requests or relinquish packs directly to members of the general public.
